Most products include a 1-color, 1-location imprint, however none of the apparel or cap pricing includes a screen-printed or embroidered design – additional charges will apply. We will call you within 24 business hours to confirm the details of your order, request your vector art file, and arrange for payment. Standard production time for most products is between 2 to 3 weeks, but there are exceptions. There is often an option to rush production time for a surcharge. Please call to inquire.

For best results, a vector art file. Which should include fonts, outlined (paths). This file can be provided in the following formats – Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Encapsulated Post-Script (.eps), or Adobe PDF – .eps files are preferred.

Yes! If you’re unable to provide vector art of your design, we have a stellar in-house graphics department who can convert the artwork that you provide for a minimal charge. Fees are charged at a rate of $20 per 15 minute time blocks – call for details.
