How do I place an order?
Due to the customized nature of our services, we’ll discuss the specific details of your project with you to confirm all details requested. Here are a few guidelines to follow.
You may view details of promotional products we offer by visiting the PRODUCT SEARCH link our website. Prices shown for each product are to be used only as a general guideline since your requirements may result in higher or lower prices than those shown. Most products include a 1-color, 1-location imprint, however none of the apparel or cap pricing includes a screen-printed or embroidered design – additional charges will apply. We will call you within 24 business hours to confirm the details of your order, request your vector art file, and arrange for payment. If your project is time-sensitive or you prefer to place an order over the phone, call us at (313) 561-0378 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm EST.
Standard production time for most products is between 2 to 3 weeks, but there are exceptions. There is often an option to rush production time for a surcharge. Please call to inquire.
What type of artwork file do you need?
For best results, a vector art file. Which should include fonts, outlined (paths). This file can be provided in the following formats – Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Encapsulated Post-Script (.eps), or Adobe PDF – .eps files are preferred.
Do you offer art services?
Yes! If you’re unable to provide vector art of your design, we have a stellar in-house graphics department who can convert the artwork that you provide for a minimal charge. Fees are charged at a rate of $20 per 15 minute time blocks – call for details.
Can I specify a PMS color for my imprint?
Yes! Your representative can help or specify what PMS color is needed when placing your order.
